LubeWatch often detects issues you weren’t aware of. We make sure you’re quickly informed. Oil sample analysis results are on their way back to you within 24 hours of arriving in the lab, plus you can set up critical alerts for key equipment systems or other parameters you want to watch closely. Reports can be provided by phone, text, email, fax or hardcopy and can also be configured for direct integration with your back office systems.
Improper sampling can introduce outside contaminants and falsify your results. We can help you choose the right access method and kit to ensure you’re consistently drawing pure samples from the same place every time. Based on your equipment, you may decide to install an inline sampling valve or use a special vacuum pump to sample through the dipstick port. From there your kit will give you step-by-step instructions for proper sampling.
